On October 1st, after a year of development Nordic Leisure, further “NLAB” or “the group”, will officially launch its first licensed online casino at the regulated Lithuania gaming market. Optibet runs on NLAB’s new cutting-edge platform and is available in Lithuanian, English and Russian languages and welcomes all players from around the world.
The launch of Optibet online is an important addition to the network of Betting Shops which NLAB operates in Lithuania after the acquisition of UAB Baltic Bet in September 2017. The Betting Shops were rebranded to the Optibet brand earlier this year in order to strengthen the Optibet brand recognition.

Ahead of the launch NLAB’s technical platform underwent an extensive certification process by the British company NMI Gaming, on request by the Lithuanian Gaming Control Authority. “It’s proof that out technical platform is of the highest quality and an achievement for our organisation. I’m certain that we have the technical capacity to enter any regulated market, which often has very complex requirements.” says Robert Andersson.
